We hope you LOVE your new Mabel goodies! However, we know that sometimes an exchange is necessary. All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT - NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL LEGGINGS and SALE items are final sale only.
In order to be eligible for Store Credit:
1) Item must be received by Mabel McKinley within 21 days of receipt of merchandise. This gives you plenty of time to decide if the item is a keeper!
2) Returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained, contain animal hair, or smell funky will be refused.
3) Please send your return to our shipping center.

4) Please contact us and let us know you are sending back an item. Include your order number for easy reference. The order number can be found in your email order confirmations.
5) The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a method of shipping that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options). Mabel McKinley is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company on returns.
6) If we receive an item back that does not qualify for a return we will either donate the item to a local charity or send it back to you at your expense.
7) Once we receive your return please allow 5-10 business days for us to process it. You will be issued an online code in the amount of purchase (less any shipping) to use for online purchases through Mabel McKinley. We receive new items frequently so check back for new items!
8) If you believe the item you ordered was received by you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately: call us at 907-350-2868, message us on our Facebook page, or email us at email@example.com and we will address the issue. All damage claims must be made within 5 day of receipt of your order.
We recommend you immediately place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. This will ensure the size you desire is available. Send the return item back and note your new order number on the packing list. When we process the returned item, we will credit you back to your original form of payment.
*We can not longer place holds on any items as we have so many orders come through it is just not possible. Thanks!!
